It’s okay to have a not-okay day.
Not every day has to be productive, positive, or perfectly pulled together—and that’s more than okay. You’re allowed to feel off, to need space, or to simply rest. A not-okay day doesn’t define your strength or your worth—it just means you’re human. Give yourself permission to breathe, regroup, and be gentle with where you are. Healing and momentum often begin with acceptance. Tomorrow is a new page, and you’re doing just fine.
